Turnabout is Fair Play...Unless Your On the Left Side of the Street

Aww, poor Helen Thomas...she's mad at her colleague Albert Eisele for printing her obnoxious comments about Dick Cheney. According to Drudge:
Eisele quoted Thomas as saying "The day Dick Cheney is going to run for president, I'll kill myself. All we need is one more liar."

[...]

"I'll never talk to a reporter again!" Thomas was overheard saying. "We were just talking -- I was ranting -- and he wrote about it. That isn't right. We all say stuff we don't want printed," Thomas said.

Uh huh. Like Karl Rove talking "off the record" about Jim Wilson's wife (whom he didn't even name)? But as Karl Rove is really the Big Bad Wolf in disguise, he doesn't deserve the same courtesy that a reporter expects.

Hear that, Helen? It's the world's smallest violin, playing just for you.
