Hillary's Team Already Making Things Hot for Obama
From Insight Magazine:
An investigation of Mr. Obama by political opponents within the Democratic Party has discovered that Mr. Obama was raised as a Muslim by his stepfather in Indonesia. Sources close to the background check, which has not yet been released, said Mr. Obama, 45, spent at least four years in a so-called Madrassa, or Muslim seminary, in Indonesia.
"He was a Muslim, but he concealed it," the source said. "His opponents within the Democrats hope this will become a major issue in the campaign."
Hmmm...that's not a very progressive stance, now is it? Coming on the heels of a story that highlights his admission to using drugs in his memoir Dreams From My Father: A Story Of Race and Inheritance (which was published 11 years ago), it looks like this election cycle will be a very exciting one. What other skeletons will be dug out of closets and dusted off for all to see?

I'm waiting for this story to get some legs. The guy's name is Barak Obama. Not the typical American name. Even uncle Teddy(Kennedy)can't get his name straight.
Many in the liberal media are making him out to be the second coming. No experience, a secretive Muslim, no thanks...

Obama was raised a Muslim? I wonder if he still practices Islam or has left the faith? He claims to be a Christian. So it'll be interesting to see if the Islamic faithful will attempt to kill Obama for apostasy. After all, Mohammed commands it!

Posted by: reverse_vampyr at January 19, 2007 01:57 PMLooks like Barak is going to be the biggest flash in the pan ever. Part of his appeal was that he was someone new when we are stuck with the same old retreads.
Then again, just because something glitters doesn't mean it's gold.
