Liberals Cry Over Cheney's Near-Miss
Via Ankle Biting Pundits, I learned that a Taliban suicide bomber attacked the main U.S. military base in Afghanistan, killing at least 12 (possibly more), in what the Taliban claims was an attempt to kill Vice President Dick Cheney.
B.T. wonders if "the MSM will make a bigger deal out of the fact that VP Cheney’s flying around in an airplane named in honor of Strom Thurmond."
Well, I don't know about the MSM just yet, but here's what some lefty types are saying:

occured. note that if the story isn't
offered as a "whew! -- cheney's safe!" piece,
it would clearly be viewed as a "man, we have
NO idea what we're doin' in afganistan" meme. . .
which is probably close to the truth.
i detest that we, as citizens, are now forced to
decode our own administration's agit-prop. . .

These people are not only vile and nasty - they are STUPID when they make the kinds of statements that can easily be construed as a threat.
