How Fiscally Responsible is Rudy Giuliani?

Pat over at Brainster has a lengthy piece about Rudy Giuliani's fiscal record as New York's mayor. From what Pat has discovered, Rudy has some explaining to do as far as his views on taxes and responsible spending.

AOL has a not so nice article on Guiliani as well today regarding 9/11 and the firefighters. Let the mudslinging begin!

John Derbyshire (I believe) quite effectively skewered the Brainster piece on National Review.
