They Support the Troops...er, Which Ones?

Nancy Pelosi and her staff support the troops. Really! But which troops? Liberty Dog found a photo of a soldier and a doctor on Pelosi's website, accompanying a headline touting better healthcare for our military. Can you see what's wrong with it?
