Quotes of the Day

"It's a strange one-sided argument when [liberals] can cite Nixon going to China and Reagan meeting with Gorbachev, but [conservatives] can't cite Chamberlain meeting with Hitler."

"Because, really, who better to face down a Holocaust denier with a messianic complex than the guy who is afraid of a debate moderated by Brit Hume?" ~ Ann Coulter

I couldn't decide which one was better!

there's a big difference between opening negotiations with hostile foreign nations (what obama wants to do) and the positive effect such talks have had (see China and the Soviet Union) and giving away an incredibly important part of a nation to an enemy looking to attack (what Chamberlain did).

but i wouldn't expect you to be able to see the difference.
