Charlie Sheen: The Nut Doesn’t Fall Far From the Tree
Martin Sheen must be very proud of son Charlie, who has gotten on the 9/11 conspiracy bandwagon. (cue circus music)
Actor Charlie Sheen has joined a growing army of other highly credible public figures in questioning the official story of 9/11 and calling for a new independent investigation of the attack and the circumstances surrounding it.
Charlie Sheen is highly credible? Since when does being an actor (and a marginal one at that) and a drug addict (oh sorry, he’s in “recovery”) make one credible with regard to national and world affairs?
"It seems to me like 19 amateurs with box cutters taking over four commercial airliners and hitting 75% of their targets, that feels like a conspiracy theory. It raises a lot of questions.”

People he talks to in and around his circles. That says it all right there. The Hollywood left. And that’s not the worm turning, it’s my stomach.
"I was up early and we were gonna do a pre-shoot on Spin City, the show I used to do, I was watching the news and the north tower was burning. I saw the south tower hit live, that famous wide shot where it disappears behind the building and then we see the tremendous fireball."
"There was a feeling, it just didn't look any commercial jetliner I've flown on any time in my life and then when the buildings came down later on that day I said to my brother 'call me insane, but did it sorta look like those buildings came down in a controlled demolition'?"
Sheen said that most people's gut instinct, that the buildings had been deliberately imploded, was washed away by the incessant flood of the official version of events from day one.
I guess this photo must have been faked. I guess those who live in a fake world like Hollywood tend to think that everything is subject to whitewash and fabrication.

By remaining at a location where it was publicly known the President would be before 9/11, he was not only putting his own life in danger, but the lives of hundreds of schoolchildren. That is unless the government knew for sure what the targets were beforehand and that President Bush wasn't one of them.
"It seems to me that upon the revelation of that news that the secret service would grab the President as if he was on fire and remove him from that room," said Sheen.
The question of how Bush saw the first plane hit the north tower, when no live footage of that incident was carried, an assertion that Bush repeated twice, was also put under the spotlight.
"I guess one of the perks of being President is that you get access to TV channels that don't exist in the known universe," said Sheen.
"It might lead you to believe that he'd seen similar images in some type of rehearsal as it were, I don't know."
Yes. The U.S. government blew up the World Trade center. The government killed nearly 3,000 innocent people. Why? Who knows? Oh wait, I know…so we could start a war about oil. It sure sounds like a movie that Charlie Sheen might want to star in.
Sheen said that "September 11 wasn't the Zapruder film, it was the Zapruder film festival," and that the inquiry had to be, "headed, if this is possible, by some neutral investigative committee. What if we used retired political foreign nationals? What if we used experts that don't have any ties whatsoever to this administration?"
"It is up to us to reveal the truth. It is up to us because we owe it to the families, we owe it to the victims. We owe it to everybody's life who was drastically altered, horrifically that day and forever. We owe it to them to uncover what happened."
I have to say that Charlie Sheen rivals Michael Moore with this conspiracy theory. He offers no reason why the government might want to do something like this. I guess we just need to take him at his word. After all, he did star in “Platoon,” so he kind of knows about military stuff, right? Question for him: if the government really did blow up the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on 9/11, do you think you would still be around after giving this interview? A government that plots to kill nearly 3,000 people would not think twice about quietly detaining a two-bit actor and making him disappear, never to be seen again. Check out the antics of Stalin and Hitler if you want to know how that works.
That anyone would take this guy seriously is a very disturbing sign of the times. We owe it to the victims of 9/11 and their families to blow this kind of idiocy out of the water. If you want to see a government brutalizing its citizens in action, read this story about North Korea and its policy of killing babies born with defects shortly after birth.
I’m sure, though, that Sheen doesn’t have much to say about that...mainly because anything anti-Bush gets more press. Hey, he has his career to think about!

I understand that the anti-Bush left has to combat the President, and his administration, to further their causes and candidates, but to focus on the idea that 9-11 was a planned operation, by Bush, is pure lunacy.
It makes you wonder if Charlie actually believes the words that are coming out of his mouth. Love to see him on The Factor debating his theories.

And when my colleagues and I watched, not from a tv, the 1st tower fall, it did not in the least resemble a demolition. And as we watched the 2nd tower begin to rock and sway and we screamed and cried as it too, fell, the thought of a demolition did not cross my mind. And as the smoke and dust lingered for weeks on end, so unlike a professional demolition, never once did I hear anyone say this was a US conspiracy! Perhaps Mr. Sheen has caught some genital disease from one of the many hookers he has solicited at Ms. Fleish's and the disease is now causing hallucinations. I bet he also knows where the stage is that Neil Armstrong walked on since we never made it to the moon!

The Hearst-owned Popular Mechanics magazine takes aim at the 9/11 Truth Movement (without ever acknowledging it by that name) with a cover story in its March 2005 edition. Sandwiched between ads and features for monster trucks, NASCAR paraphernalia, and off-road racing are twelve dense and brilliantly designed pages purporting to debunk the myths of 9/11.
The article's approach is to identify and attack a series of claims which it asserts represent the whole of 9/11 skepticism. It gives the false impression that these claims, several of which are clearly absurd, represent the breadth of challenges to the official account of the flights, the World Trade Center attack, and the Pentagon attack. Meanwhile it entirely ignores vast bodies of evidence showing that only insiders had the means, motive, and opportunity to carry out the attack.

P.S. Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff's 25-year old cousin, Benjamin Chertoff, penned the Popular Mechanics piece on 9/11 sceptics. This is a represents a huge conflict of interest.

"Al Qaeda admitting" you can read from dozens of credible news papers (mostly based in Afghanistan which gets filtered out in our media) that Osama came out saying that he had nothing to do with them, contradicting the very suspicious video released by our intelligence that has a supposed Osama writing with the hand he is not accustomed to using and many other discrepancies from the FBI's on file on his characteristics, coupled with reports that al qaeda were prepared and had alerted US authorities that they would hand over bin laden if they were prepared to bring evidence against him. There is none. Credible European newspapers have reported on many of the 19 "hijackers" still being alive and well. "So all the eyewitness accounts and the confessions that came out this week are bogus" well I guess you never read any of the stories from the American oral histories recorded by the firemen that day. These recordings had been with-held as classified, and with much badgering by the families of 9/11 victims they were released. If you listen to these oral histories, you will hear for yourself that firefighters had located isolated pockets of fire in the buildings and they were in the process of trying to get water lines up to the fire. You can also hear dozens of reports of firefighters hearing explosions and many report hearing them from beneath them as they ascended to the fire caused by the airliners. Please do your own research before you spew propaganda.
I love in the article where the author attempts to refute some claim that sheen hasn’t even made: "I guess this photo must have been faked." showing an airliner about to hit one of the towers.
Well unfortunately you’re not discrediting a thing. Nowhere has sheen or any of the 9/11 truth movement's claims given the notion that they don’t believe that the plane did not hit the tower. This is clearly documented. But why not address the simple facts. That these towers defy the basic laws of physics, that has proven that these towers fell at close to free fall in a vacuum, and that the steal was structurally sound up until the sudden collapse, that another huge building fell without being succumb to structural damage and "fireproofing" loss from a airliner hit (wtc bldg 7). That this feat of near freefall collapse and footprint implosion can only be done by a few companies in the world. That somehow on this day these 2 planes caused 3 huge buildings to collapse in New York, in the same fashion that only a few demolition companies can achieve. This would be a marvel of science, something to be studied for the safety of future fires that defy laws of nature. Fire engineering magazine declared the swift removal of the steal from the wtc site an outrage, it could be used to study to understand the stresses of this un-natural fire, or possibly to shed some light on what happened. If the whole of your knowledge comes from the US media, you have to ask yourself: are you prepared to wake up?
I am a conservative and am absolutely appalled at what we have been fed as truth and justice. Please take off your blinders and read about the terrorism we have been waging against civilians and the path of imperialism and terror we have been treading for many years now. We need to actually be conservatives at in thought and not just in outward facade. Conservatives would not allow for this outrageous military budget, and it needs to stop before we have another globally fascist state. This needs to come from within the conservative movement, and we need to start doing our homework when I come to see good conservatives churning out the administrations claims of the truth.
So are you prepared to wake up?
