Posted by: Oddybobo at March 27, 2006 12:00 PMThanks to all for your good wishes. My mother and stepfather suffered serious injuries in a fire at their home, but they will recover. The house is structurally sound (the main damage was contained to the living room), and should be livable again in about six months' time. Mom broke both her legs in a jump from the second story and has many months of rehab ahead, but we are thankful everyone is going to be OK.
