Magic Money
Hilary Clinton pledged the U.S. would help raise $100 billion a year to help poor nations in the global warming fight – but only if there is an agreement with teeth to enforce compliance.
And where is this magical amount of money coming from?
Enforce compliance - How? I'm sorry, these plants are emitting greenhouse gases - we must destroy these crops to save you.
